Frequently asked questions
Can I use it in competitive matches?
Sassy Serve is made for recreational play, club sessions and high-grade court banter. For sanctioned competitive matches, check the event rules — official play may require approved standard equipment. Save the sass for warm-up.
What makes Sassy Serve different from regular tennis balls?
Regular tennis balls just bounce. Sassy Serve bounces back with brains, connectivity and a cheeky edge — designed to make every rally more memorable and every opponent slightly more nervous.
How long does the battery last?
Expect around 8 hours of playtime per charge — enough for a serious session, a dramatic rematch and at least one argument about the score. Recharge between matches and you’re back in business.
Is it compatible with all tennis courts?
Yes. Sassy Serve works on any standard tennis court surface — hard, clay, grass or whatever your local club calls a court. The ball brings the personality; the surface brings the bounce.
How does the smart tennis ball work?
It's like any other tennis ball, except it interacts when it detects being bounced, hit and plays sound to the connected bluetooth device!
What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.
