Because Sassy Serve is a small-batch, hand-built operation, every single ball is assembled, programmed, and quality-tested by hand before it ships out. Here is how we handle fulfillment:

• Processing Time: Orders are prepared and shipped within 3–5 business days. During new batch drops or peak holiday seasons, processing may take up to 7 business days.

• Delivery Estimates: Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days once dispatched (domestic orders). Tracking information is sent automatically via email as soon as your label is created.

• Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on your location. Free standard shipping applies to all orders over $50.

• Small-Batch Drops: If an item is marked as a "Pre-Order" or "Batch Reservation," your estimated ship date will be clearly stated on the product page at checkout.
